"The@er" represents an experiment in media communication in terms of venue and audience. Two people in two rooms are connected with each other and communicate with each other via webcam. They try to establish a relationship by creating different avatars. The texts are "real" and fictional stories taken from the network. The public can be either in one of both rooms or track the interplay on the web.
